Decusoft’s Compose platform is an enterprise grade compensation planning & management platform that simplifies the administration of complex variable pay programs. Compose offers a replacement for Excel spreadsheets, a company’s home-grown system, or can be used in conjunction with a Human Capital Management solution like Workday, SAP, UKG, Oracle and others. Compose users report a marked improvement in data integrity and a decrease in the time and resources required to plan, implement and manage compensation cycles.

What we’re looking for
A highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to actively seek out and engage prospects for our compensation planning & management platform.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound prospecting to identify and qualify leads; engage and qualify responses
  • Utilize various channels (emails, LinkedIn, social media, phone calls) to engage potential clients and introduce them to Decusoft’s Compose compensation planning platform.
  • Ensure all leads are well qualified by identifying the correct decision-makers based on Decusoft’s qualification framework
  • Collaborate closely with our sales and marketing team to optimize lead generation and conversion strategies for different sectors.
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and demos including the introduction of leads to their new point of contact on the Decusoft sales team.
  • Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions and sales activities in our HubSpot CRM.
  • Stay updated with product knowledge and industry trends
  • Achieve and exceed monthly quotas of qualified leads and sales opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Development Representative or similar role, preferably in a B2B software or financial services environment.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly and persuasively.
  • Working knowledge of the enterprise software market or the ability to learn new software quickly
  • Strong desire and ability to move up within a sales organization
  • Coachable with an ability to acknowledge strengths and weaknesses and take feedback well.
  • Have experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator or other similar prospecting tools.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and sales automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related discipline.
