We are looking for a Product Manager to join our fast-growing team. The ideal candidate has a successful track record of driving successful solutions from concept to launch. Responsibilities

• Use client feedback and competitive analysis to create compelling cases for what we should do and why to drive product development recommendations
• Collaborate with cross functional team members during discovery process to assess value, technical dependencies, and feasibility of product features
• Effectively work with in-house and external development teams using agile methodology, authoring user stories and acceptance criteria, collaborating with developers and QA to ensure product features are delivered according to specifications
• Help maintain the Compose product roadmap, including sequencing and timing of capabilities and features
• Drive all aspects of the product lifecycle from concept development through execution
• Prioritize requirements collaboratively with stakeholders and development
• Generate excitement and anticipation within the company and beyond about our product developments and ensure all groups have a clear understanding of how to use our products and ‘why’ our product is the best available

Requirements

• 3+ years of product management experience
• Related experience in analytics, compensation or HCM software is a plus, but not required
• Team player, willing to help and share knowledge with team members, open to feedback and constructive criticism
• Ability to clearly articulate your ideas and solutions to both stakeholders and development
• Strong aptitude for problem-solving, decision making and troubleshooting complex issues with the ability to organize and prioritize work
• Experience working with highly configurable SaaS applications is preferred
