Decusoft is seeking a Software Engineer to join our fast-growing team with considerable experience in the .NET ecosystem and Single Page Applications. We want engineers who bring fresh ideas and an enthusiasm for working on next-generation technologies. Our engineers are versatile, take pride in their work, and look forward to taking on challenges across the full-stack as we continue to push HR technology to the next level.
- 4-5 years of experience in Microsoft .NET application development
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related technical field
- NoSQL database development (preferably MongoDB) experience
- SQL Server experience
- Source control/Issue tracking
- ReactJS (knowledge of KnockoutJS helpful) experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of Object-Oriented programming and design patterns
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience diagnosing issues in a cloud environment
- Modern DevOps methodology including CI/CD
- Mobile experience in React Native
- Experience in SaaS software, particularly HCM systems
- Analytics experience
- Azure cloud services experience
- Experience in Kubernetes
Primary Responsibilities
- Collaborate on new features and architecture while providing feedback and ideas
- Research and resolve bugs or issues identified by the QA team
- Work with product owners to identify and evaluate new product features and technologies
- Participate in the full development lifecycle from analysis to deployment
Other Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business partners on functional design or product questions
- Interface with the client teams to provide high-level product support as needed
- Participate in code reviews across the product
- Provide feedback and suggestions on products, issues, processes, and procedures to enhance efficiency and continuous improvement
