Company History
Decusoft began in 2002, when the application development group from Computer Design & Integration (CDI) was spun-off as its own entity. CDI was started by Eric Bakker and Rick Laurenzo in 1995.

In 2005, Decusoft acquired cadrehr and its product offerings, including its compensation management software, comptracker. Now under the Decusoft brand, comptracker has been rebranded as Compose by Decusoft™.
