The Decusoft team is a group of certified professionals with real world business experience. We are tightly knit, with most of us having worked together over 15 years. Decusoft is committed to the highest standards in software development and is a member of the Agile Alliance, a non-profit organization of professionals dedicated to promoting the concepts of agile software development, which includes placing a premium on individuals, interaction, working software, customer collaboration and responding to change.
Decusoft began in the Fall of 2002, when the application development group from Computer Design & Integration (CDI) was spun-off as its own entity. CDI was started by Rick Laurenzo and Eric Bakker in 1995.
As one of the partners at CDI, Rick built and managed the Professional Services Group, where he determined the consulting group's strategic direction, policies and procedures, while also initiating new business opportunities.
Rick Laurenzo now serves as Decusoft’s president, where he continues to be a strategic leader.
