Deployment
In the Deployment phase, the solution is delivered to the client. The deployment phase begins with the transition of the hardware and software. The end-user support material is finalized, the deployment plan is finalized (which includes the go live test plans), the product is tested in a customer environment and the product is fine tuned based upon customer feedback. When this has all been successfully completed, the components and assemblies are installed in accordance with the Deployment Plan, additional system testing and performance tuning is done to ensure optimum system response, and system documentation and user training are provided. The final data conversions are completed and the system is parallel tested.
