Halocarbon is one of the world's leading producers of specialty aliphatic fluorochemicals. Halocarbon's three main product areas are fluorochemicals, inert lubricants and inhalation anesthetics. All products are manufactured in North Augusta, South Carolina, with headquarters and sales located in River Edge, New Jersey.
CASE STUDY
Halocarbon runs their core business on an HP 3000. This system has been in operation since 1987, handling Order Entry, Inventory, Shipping and Receiving, A/R, and A/P. Halocarbon also uses a PC application to handle preventative maintenance and requisitions & purchase orders.
We custom developed a fully integrated single application incorporating new business requirements and the desired functionality from the two existing systems. All data was ported to the new system.
