Hunterdon County Educational Services Commission
The Hunterdon County Education Foundation was established in 1993 as an independent, community based, nonprofit organization dedicated to securing public and private sector resources and community support and input regarding programs administered by the Hunterdon County Educational Services Commission (HCESC).

The goals of the HCESC are to enhance the educational experiences of students in Hunterdon County, provide for the educational needs of County residents no longer attending school and to provide cost saving services to school districts.

CASE STUDY

HCESC engaged Decusoft to create an advanced fund accounting software solution - Sandscribe. The software performs all of the functions required of a fund accounting system. In addition, the functionality goes beyond mere accounting, and provides the administrator with management tools that will assist in the planning and preparing of budgets, analyzing cost centers, forecasting cash flow, and developing what-if scenarios. The software has been specifically designed to provide financial solutions for the school business administrator.
